Oh goodness, I don’t even really know. I just sort of looked at her one day and realized how undeniably beautiful she is. My shallow attraction to her iconic 60’s look piqued an interest to learn more about her as a person and so I started reading anything that I could find. From there, my love for Priscilla really took off as I discovered her to be not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside as well. She’s so relatable, sweet, and compassionate. I can’t say enough good things about her. :)
Oh! Sure can, sounds like fun :) And gah, thank you! You are much too kind ♥
I can’t confirm or deny this (especially since there has always been crazy, false stories printed about him) but, regardless what the circumstances were, he didn’t elude to being seriously involved with any girl as it was ‘bad’ for his image to be in a relationship at the time. But, I’m sure the nosy reporters discovered her on their own anyway as they dubbed her his ‘Live-in Lolita’.
Pretty easy, I think. He just denied any rumors that he was involved with anyone and he didn’t volunteer information about her. His family and friends knew well to do the same.
What everyday hair do you mean? Her three story high bouffant (I don’t believe she wore it this way every day), or her regular ‘I’m just gonna half-ass this’ updo? Haha! Her signature bouffant hairstyle was done for her at a salon and her tamer ‘bump’ you can achieve easily with a little back-combing. :)
You know, I’ve often wondered about Don, too, as well as Priscilla’s other brothers Jeff, Tim and Tom. You just never hear about them, ever. I imagine the reason for that is that they do want to keep out of the public eye and live a normal life. But it would so wonderful to know how they’re all doing. Good, I hope :)
That’s a really good question. They definitely had a unique relationship. It was a romantic one, yes, but there were times when they behaved more like a parent to one another. Priscilla did have some very big shoes to fill, and she did so to the best of her ability and with love. She enjoyed mothering Elvis. She would even cut his meat for him during dinner and taste it to make sure it was prepared the way that he liked it. I think because she essentially grew up around Elvis and had adjusted to his preferences and the whole way of living at Graceland that it probably didn’t faze her—this was normal. I hope that this answered your question :)
Gosh, I’m speechless, I don’t even know what to say. That’s really so sweet of you, thank you!! :3

Priscilla is a natural brunette and after she moved to Memphis, TN, Elvis encouraged her new look and jet black hair. She kept her hair black up until 1969 when she let it go back to brown (at one point I think she had auburn hair). So it was its natural color in 1969 on into the 1970s.
Awh, me too! Elvis was fiercely protective of those he loved. But I believe he did treat Priscilla a little more special. That’s his girl, right there. :) ♥!
